Moroccan Chicken Skewers with Green Sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, salt, coriander, and pepper.
- Place chicken pieces in a dish, pour the marinade over, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
- For the green sauce, blend all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. Adjust salt to taste.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high and brush the grates with oil.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers and grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve the chicken skewers with the green sauce.
