Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth, adding hot water if needed to thin.
- Slice chicken breasts lengthwise into thin strips or leave tenders whole.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper for the marinade.
- Toss the chicken in the marinade, then thread onto skewers.
- Grill the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
