Instructions
- Marinate the cubed chicken in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, and paprika for at least 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and grill on medium-high heat for about 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after grilling.
- Prepare the spicy garlic sauce by blending or whisking together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic, sriracha, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, sliced tomatoes, grilled chicken, and spicy garlic sauce on flatbread.
