Instructions
- Prepare the garlic chicken marinade by combining olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bag or dish and add the chicken thighs to marinate for 30 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, mix the dill yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Slice the grape tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion, soaking the onion in ice water for 5-10 minutes to reduce sharpness.
- Cook the marinated chicken thighs in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through, then let rest before slicing.
- To assemble the wraps, spread hummus on flatbread, add sliced chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and dollops of dill yogurt sauce, then wrap and enjoy.
