Greek Chicken Lettuce Wraps with Tzatziki

Instructions
- Combine chicken, lemon juice, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and toss until coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add grape seed oil, and cook the chicken for 2-4 minutes on each side until no longer pink. Remove and let rest.
- In a small bowl, mix together greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, and salt to taste for the tzatziki sauce.
- Assemble the lettuce wraps by adding chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and a dollop of tzatziki into each lettuce cup.
- Serve and enjoy!
