Pistachio Basil Goddess Sauce

roasted pistachios

lemon juice

Instructions
- Combine olive oil, chicken, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, lemon, salt, and pepper in a ziplock bag and marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and roast for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Toss potatoes with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper, then bake for 20-30 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Assemble the wraps by layering lettuce in a warm pita, adding fries and chicken, then topping with cucumber, avocado, olives, feta, onion, and greens.
- For the sauce, blend all ingredients with water until combined, adjusting consistency and salt as needed.
