Mediterranean Chicken Wraps

raw boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
The wrap assembly

garlic hummus

crumbled Feta cheese

plum tomato, diced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic, basil, oregano, and rosemary to the oil and cook until fragrant.
- Add the chicken strips to the skillet and stir to coat with the oil and herbs.
- Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about a minute to make them pliable.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each tortilla.
- Divide the cooked chicken strips evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of feta cheese over the chicken on each wrap.
- Add diced tomato pieces on top.
- Fold the ends of the tortilla in and roll the sides over to close the wrap.
- Cut each wrap in half and serve.
