Instructions
- Mix the dry mustard powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and garlic salt in a small dish.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the spice mix in a bag or bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Combine yellow mustard, honey, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise in a bowl to make the sauce.
