Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together warm dairy-free milk, cane sugar, and active dry yeast in a bowl and let it bloom for 10-20 minutes.
- Add psyllium husk powder to the yeast mixture and let it gel for another 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown rice flour, almond flour, potato starch, and sea salt.
- Mix the yeast mixture with the dry ingredients, melted vegan butter, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- Divide the sticky dough into 8 equal pieces and shape them into balls using wet hands.
- Place the shaped dough on the baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, then cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake the buns for 25-28 minutes until lightly golden, then let cool before slicing.
