Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Cook pork chops for 6-8 minutes per side until they reach 145°F, then remove and keep warm.
- Melt butter in the same pan, add mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender and browned.
- Add minced garlic to the mushrooms and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- Slowly whisk in beef broth and bring to a simmer, cooking until thickened.
- Stir in heavy cream and return pork chops to the pan, spooning the sauce over them.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
