Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with garlic powder and seasoned salt.
- Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the pork chops for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the fried pork chops to an 8x8 baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, white wine, and milk in a bowl.
- After baking, pour the cream sauce over the pork chops, recover with foil, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
