Creamy Crispy Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless pork chops
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 piece egg
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with garlic powder and seasoned salt.
  3. Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry the pork chops for 5 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer the fried pork chops to an 8x8 baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
  9. Mix cream of mushroom soup, white wine, and milk in a bowl.
  10. After baking, pour the cream sauce over the pork chops, recover with foil, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  11. Serve immediately.
