Instructions
- Rinse the pork chops and pat them dry.
- Whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll each pork chop in the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove pork chops and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet and sauté onions, mushrooms, and garlic until tender.
- Blend milk, cream cheese, salt, flour, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the sauce mixture to the skillet and cook until bubbly and thickened.
- Stir in Brie cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add pork chops back to the skillet and cover.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and pork chops reach 165°F.
