Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack coated in nonstick spray.
- Dry the pork chops and season both sides with salt.
- Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with a mixture of Panko, Parmesan, and seasonings.
- Dredge each pork chop in flour, then egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated pork chops on the wire rack, mist with nonstick spray, and bake until the internal temperature reaches 140°F, about 15 to 22 minutes.
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
