Instructions
- Let the pork chops come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- Pat the pork dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow bowl, beat the egg with water for the egg wash.
- On a plate, combine the Parmesan cheese, crushed pork rinds, minced garlic, parsley, and lemon zest.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add oil.
- Coat each pork chop in the egg wash, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated pork chops in the hot pan and cook for about 3 minutes per side.
- Check the internal temperature, aiming for 140°F before resting.
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
