Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Rub the mustard evenly over the pork chops.
- In a large bowl, combine the panko, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper, then dredge the pork chops in the mixture.
- Heat a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn the pork chops over and place the skillet in the oven for about 8 minutes, or until the pork reaches 145°F in the center.
