The gravy

flour

Instructions
- Whisk eggs with water in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat each pork chop in the flour mixture, dip in the egg, and coat again in the flour.
- Heat oil in a large pan to 350°F.
- Fry pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- For the gravy, melt butter in a small pan, whisk in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
- Add milk to the butter mixture, bring to a simmer, and cook until thickened.
- Season gravy with salt and pepper, spoon over pork chops, and garnish with parsley before serving.
