Instructions
- Dry the pork chops thoroughly and season with salt and creole seasoning.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork chops.
- Pan fry the pork chops for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the pork chops from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter, garlic, and thyme, and sauté for about a minute.
- Add orange juice, orange zest, cumin, and mustard, stirring to scrape up any brown bits.
- Simmer the sauce until reduced by half, about 1 to 2 minutes, and adjust seasonings.
- Return the pork chops to the pan with any juices and coat them in the sauce, cooking for another minute or two.
- Remove from heat and serve with the pan sauce.
