Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add pork chops to the pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove pork from the pan and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Melt butter in the pan, then add garlic, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning, cooking for 30 seconds while stirring.
- Return pork chops to the pan, spoon sauce over them, and place the pan in the oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F.
- Spoon sauce over pork chops and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
