Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pork chops in the pan for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the pork chops and cover them with foil to keep warm.
- Add butter to the pan and melt it.
- Stir in garlic, brown sugar, and Italian seasoning, cooking for 30 seconds.
- Return the pork chops to the pan and spoon the sauce over them.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the pork reaches 145°F.
- Serve the pork chops garnished with sauce, parsley, and lemon wedges if desired.
