Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.
- 3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 4. Cook the pork chops in the pan for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 5. Remove the pork chops and cover them with foil to keep warm.
- 6. In the same pan, melt the butter and add garlic, brown sugar, and rosemary; cook for 30 seconds while stirring.
- 7. Return the pork chops to the pan and spoon the sauce over them.
- 8. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the pork reaches 145°F.
- 9. Spoon the sauce over the pork chops again and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
