Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a mason jar and shake until well mixed.
- In a large salad bowl, mix the sliced sugar snapped peas, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, and mint.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and toss again.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate to serve chilled.
