Ingredients

The salad

  • 3 ounces Tuna
  • ¼ cup Olives, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Chickpeas, rinsed and drained

The dressing

  • 3 teaspoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

  1. Flake the tuna finely in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Taste for salt and adjust as needed.
  4. Serve over greens or with crackers.
