Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a 9-by-13-inch baking dish, mix the berries, arrowroot, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Prepare the crumble by processing the pecans in a food processor until coarse.
- Add coconut, maple syrup, oil, and salt to the processor and blend until uniform.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the berries and bake for about 40 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm with toppings.
