Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients (oats, carob powder, chia seeds, optional walnuts, salt) in a bowl.
- Pour in the almond milk and vanilla extract, whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped banana, mashing some for sweetness.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Stir before serving and add maple syrup if desired.
