Ingredients

Popcorn Base

  • ¾ cup premium popping corn
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (for coating)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling)

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon salt-free garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast seasoning (optional)

Add-ins

  • 1 (3-ounce) bag baked snap pea crisps (or 3 cups)
  • 1 (6-ounce) container smoked almonds (or 1 rounded cup)

Instructions

  1. Coat the popcorn with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  2. Place the popping corn in a medium-sized paper bag and roll the opening over twice to seal.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes, or until the popping slows to every few seconds.
  4. Drizzle the popped corn with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, reseal the bag, and shake it.
  5. Add the sesame seeds and seasoning, then shake again.
  6. Incorporate the pea crisps and almonds, shaking once more.
  7. Store in a sealed bag until ready to serve.
