Instructions
- Coat the popcorn with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Place the popping corn in a medium-sized paper bag and roll the opening over twice to seal.
- Microwave for 3 minutes, or until the popping slows to every few seconds.
- Drizzle the popped corn with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, reseal the bag, and shake it.
- Add the sesame seeds and seasoning, then shake again.
- Incorporate the pea crisps and almonds, shaking once more.
- Store in a sealed bag until ready to serve.
