Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Pop the popcorn using your preferred method.
- Melt the coconut oil if it's solid.
- In a food processor, blend the coconut oil, dates, vanilla, almonds, and water until smooth.
- Combine the popcorn with the sauce in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt.
- Pour the mixture into a roasting pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Cool the popcorn on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
