Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbs. coconut oil
  • 2 tbs. Medjool dates
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs. almonds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbs. water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Pop the popcorn using your preferred method.
  3. Melt the coconut oil if it's solid.
  4. In a food processor, blend the coconut oil, dates, vanilla, almonds, and water until smooth.
  5. Combine the popcorn with the sauce in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Pour the mixture into a roasting pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
  7. Cool the popcorn on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
