Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium-size pan and add two unpopped kernels to check if the oil is hot.
- Once the two kernels pop, add the remaining unpopped popcorn and cover the pan, shaking it occasionally.
- When popping slows to 2-3 seconds between pops, remove from heat.
- For each mix, preheat the oven to 300ºF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Combine the ingredients for each specific mix in a bowl, toss with the flavored oil or syrup, and spread on the baking sheet.
- Bake each mix for about 6-10 minutes, depending on the recipe, and let cool before serving.
