Ingredients

For the Popcorn

  • ¼ cup popping corn, unpopped
  • ½ tablespoon avocado oil

Churro Mix

  • 8 cups popcorn, popped
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 5 pieces Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup cinnamon cereal
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon sea salt

Parmesan Garlic Mix

  • 8 cups popcorn, popped
  • 2 cups mini pretzel rods
  • 1 cup raw pepitas
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • teaspoon sea salt

Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Mix

  • 8 cups popcorn, popped
  • cups peanuts
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips
  • ¼ cup all-natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Ranch Mix

  • 8 cups popcorn, popped
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups rice Chex
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • tablespoons all-natural ranch seasoning
  • teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium-size pan and add two unpopped kernels to check if the oil is hot.
  2. Once the two kernels pop, add the remaining unpopped popcorn and cover the pan, shaking it occasionally.
  3. When popping slows to 2-3 seconds between pops, remove from heat.
  4. For each mix, preheat the oven to 300ºF and prepare a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  5. Combine the ingredients for each specific mix in a bowl, toss with the flavored oil or syrup, and spread on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake each mix for about 6-10 minutes, depending on the recipe, and let cool before serving.
