Cinnamon Glazed Popcorn Mix

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Melt the butter and honey together in a small pot over low heat, then mix in the cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
- Coat the cashews with about a tablespoon of the butter/honey mixture in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the coated cashews on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 6 minutes.
- In the same bowl, coat the popcorn with the remaining butter/honey mixture.
- After 6 minutes, add the popcorn to the baking sheet with the cashews and mix them together.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
- Stir or shake the mixture, then bake for another 2 minutes.
- Continue to check and stir every minute until the mixture turns dark brown.
- Let cool as it will harden.
