Easy Cinnamon Bun Popcorn

Instructions
- Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large heavy-bottomed pot, heat the coconut oil and add 3 popcorn kernels. Cover and heat until all kernels pop.
- Add the remaining popcorn kernels and shake the pot to coat them with oil.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the popcorn and shake the pot intermittently until popping slows.
- Once popping slows to about a 2-second interval, remove from heat and transfer popcorn to the baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn and let it set for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
