The caramel mixture

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine popped popcorn, rice cereal, pretzels, and pecans.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar and corn syrup, and bring to a boil while stirring.
- Reduce heat and boil without stirring for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and baking soda.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the snack mix and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Stir the mixture and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let it cool before breaking into pieces.
