Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Pop the popcorn using your preferred method.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Place the popped popcorn in a large roasting pan and pour the maple syrup mixture over it, stirring gently to coat evenly.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes until it starts to brown slightly.
- Cool the popcorn on a wire rack.
