Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and melt the coconut oil.
- Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method.
- Mix the melted coconut oil and maple syrup, then pour over the popcorn and stir to coat.
- In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, salt, and turmeric, then sprinkle over the popcorn and mix well.
- Transfer the popcorn to a roasting pan and bake for about 5 minutes, stirring a couple of times.
- Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
