Instructions
- Pop the popcorn on the stove with high-heat oil until popping slows down.
- In a small bowl, whisk together chili powder, cumin, salt, and cayenne.
- Toss the popped popcorn with melted butter and the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the popcorn on wax paper or a foil-covered baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the popcorn and let it rest for 15 minutes to cool.
