Instructions
- Mix the chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, and cayenne in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat until shimmering.
- Add the popcorn kernels to the skillet and cover.
- Cook the kernels, shaking the pan occasionally, until the popping slows to every 3 to 4 seconds, about 3 minutes.
- Transfer the popcorn to a serving bowl and drizzle with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture, lime zest, and nutritional yeast over the popcorn and toss to combine.
