Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a medium saucepan over high heat until melted.
- Add popcorn kernels and shake the pan to level them out.
- Cover the pan and wait for the kernels to pop.
- Once popped, pour the popcorn into a serving bowl.
- Immediately sprinkle with taco seasoning and salt, then toss to combine.
- Adjust seasoning and salt to taste if desired.
