Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a medium saucepan over high heat until melted.
  2. Add popcorn kernels and shake the pan to level them out.
  3. Cover the pan and wait for the kernels to pop.
  4. Once popped, pour the popcorn into a serving bowl.
  5. Immediately sprinkle with taco seasoning and salt, then toss to combine.
  6. Adjust seasoning and salt to taste if desired.
