Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a Whirley Popcorn Popper or a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the popcorn kernels and sprinkle the sugar over them when the oil sizzles.
- Cover and shake the pan until the popping slows down, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour the kettle corn into a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt and toss with toasted coconut chips and Toasted Coconut Almonds.
