Ingredients

The kettle corn

  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt

The toppings

  • cups unsweetened toasted coconut chips
  • 1 cup Blue Diamond Toasted Coconut Almonds

Instructions

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a Whirley Popcorn Popper or a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and sprinkle the sugar over them when the oil sizzles.
  3. Cover and shake the pan until the popping slows down, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and pour the kettle corn into a large bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and toss with toasted coconut chips and Toasted Coconut Almonds.
