Instructions
- Heat the butter and maple syrup in a small saucepan until the butter melts.
- Stir in the hot sauce and smoked paprika, whisking to combine.
- Remove the saucepan from heat.
- Heat the coconut oil in a popcorn maker or heavy-bottomed pan.
- Add the popcorn kernels and shake occasionally until popping stops.
- Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
- Toss the popcorn with the hot sauce mixture until coated.
- Sprinkle with salt to taste and enjoy.
