Crock Pot Spaghetti

Ingredients

The meatballs and sauce

  • pounds ground beef
  • ¾ cup Italian style breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 28 ounces marinara sauce
  • 16 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce

For assembly

  • 12 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Broil the meatballs until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. Place the meatballs in the bottom of the crock pot and add marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  7. Add cooked spaghetti to the crock pot and gently toss to coat with the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
