Chicken Avocado Salad with Bacon

Instructions
- Cook the chicken as desired and allow it to cool.
- Dice the bacon and cook it in a skillet until crispy, then remove and let it cool.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the cooled chicken and bacon to the bowl and mix everything together, mashing the avocados slightly while keeping it chunky.
- Serve the salad on its own, in a grain-free tortilla, or on a lettuce leaf.
