Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetener, and lemon juice.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then add to the blueberry mixture and stir.
- Transfer the blueberry mixture to the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sweetener, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Spread the topping evenly over the blueberry mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is crunchy and golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
