  • ½ cup water

The sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut milk, water, maple syrup, and quinoa in a medium pot.
  2. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and the quinoa is cooked.
