Salad Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, garlic, thyme, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt in a bowl and whisk until blended.
- Marinate the chicken in ⅓ of the dressing for at least 30 minutes, reserving the rest for dressing.
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat (375-400°F).
- Grill the onion rings for 4-5 minutes until charred, flipping halfway. Grill corn for 2-3 minutes on each side until charred.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 4-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
- Assemble the salad by combining romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, grilled onion, corn kernels, roasted red pepper, tomatoes, and avocado in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
