Ingredients

The Chicken

The Salad

  • 1 medium Avocado (sliced thinly)

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken breasts according to the instructions, allowing for a 30-minute marinating time.
  2. While the chicken marinates, prepare the lemon vinaigrette.
  3. On a large platter or in a bowl, arrange the romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and avocado.
  4. Once the chicken is ready, slice it against the grain and place it over the salad.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
