Cheesy Stuffed Zucchini Boats

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides, setting them aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and chopped zucchini insides, then simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Stuff the zucchini halves with the filling and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
