No-Bake Chocolate Cookies

The filling

sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, or coconut flakes
Instructions
- Combine honey, cocoa powder, sea salt, and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for one minute, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and sunflower seed butter until smooth.
- Mix in the sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, or coconut flakes until well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Transfer the cookies to the fridge or freezer to set.
- Once solid, remove from parchment and serve immediately.
