Vibrant Orange & Arugula Salad

The lemon dressing

Instructions
- Toast the sliced almonds in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant and golden, about 5 minutes.
- Place the arugula on a serving platter or bowl, then arrange the oranges, toasted almonds, goat cheese, and radishes on top.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and salt until blended.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving, toss gently, and serve immediately.
