Instructions
- Puree the strawberries in a blender until smooth and strain to discard the pulp.
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, honey, and 2 tablespoons of the strawberry puree.
- Beat the mixture with a mixer until smooth, gradually adding more puree until well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or salt as desired.
- Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to use.
