Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or a non-stick baking mat.
- In a bowl, mix the drained and rinsed beans, cheeze sauce, parsley, onion, pepper, and seasonings until well combined.
- Place the tortillas on the baking sheet and spread your desired amount of pizza sauce on top.
- Divide the bean mixture between the two tortillas and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F, then broil on low for 2 minutes until golden, watching closely to prevent burning.
