Simple Tortilla Pizzas

The sauce

sauce (marinara, pesto, olive oil and garlic, barbecue sauce)
The cheese

shredded/crumbled cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, goat, feta)
Toppings

various toppings (as desired)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- 2. Place the tortilla on a cast iron pan or baking sheet.
- 3. Spread the sauce evenly on the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4. Sprinkle cheese and add desired toppings on top.
- 5. Bake for about 10 to 14 minutes until the cheese is golden and the edges are lightly browned.
- 6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
