Shrimp Creole

Instructions
- Season the shrimp with creole spice and sauté in oil for 1-2 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add remaining oil and sauté onions, celery, bell pepper, thyme, and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Add bay leaf, creole seasoning, tomatoes, broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes, adding bouillon if needed.
- Return shrimp and sausage to the pan, adjust seasoning, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and parsley, then serve over rice or fettuccine.
